30-day returns
Not happy with your purchase? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Conditions
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- Contact us first at kataglow.help@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions and address. Returns sent without contacting us cannot be processed.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund – you don't need to send the item back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Once shipped, the return policy above applies.
