1. Overview

This website is operated by JexDigital under the brand name KataGlow ("KataGlow", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are of the age of majority where you live, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products

KataGlow sells LED ground projector kits for motorcycles. Each kit includes two projectors, a wiring harness with an inline switch module, adhesive mounting pads and mounting screws. We do our best to display our products, colors and light effects accurately. Product photos and videos are for illustration: the projected image, brightness and color can look different depending on your bike, mounting position, ground surface, ambient light and camera.

4. Compatibility and installation

The kit is designed for most motorcycles with a 12V electrical system and a suitable mounting spot under the fairing or frame. It is your responsibility to check that the kit fits your motorcycle before ordering. Install the kit following the instructions provided, with the engine off and the ignition disconnected. If you are not comfortable with electrical work, have the kit installed by a qualified mechanic. We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle, its electrical system or its warranty caused by improper installation, modification or misuse.

5. Legal use on public roads

Laws on additional or decorative vehicle lighting are different in every country, state and province. Some places restrict colored lights, ground lighting or their use while riding. You are solely responsible for checking and following your local laws and for how you use the product. We do not guarantee that the product is legal to use while riding in your area.

6. Prices, currency and promotions

Our base prices are set in US dollars. Prices may be displayed and charged in your local currency, converted automatically at checkout; your bank may also apply its own conversion or foreign transaction fees. Prices and promotions, including sale prices, countdown offers and bundle discounts (for example 2 or 3 kits for a reduced price), may change or end at any time without notice. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with an obvious pricing or listing error, in which case you will be fully refunded.

7. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. We may limit quantities or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

9. Safety

Do not look directly into the projector lens when it is on. Keep the product away from children. Do not open, modify or repair the projectors or harness. Disconnect the kit if it is damaged, overheats or behaves abnormally.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, videos, graphics, the KataGlow name and logo, belongs to KataGlow / JexDigital or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KataGlow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or warranties you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, including the legal warranty under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

12. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country or province of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
