Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free on every KataGlow order, worldwide. Every order includes a tracking number.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number when it ships.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery takes about 13–17 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak periods or because of customs delays.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your local customs. These charges are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer on delivery.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking has not been updated for 15 days, or if your order arrives damaged, contact us at kataglow.help@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
