30-day returns
Not happy with your KataGlow kit? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Conditions
- The kit must be complete (both projectors, harness, pads and screws), unused and uninstalled, in its original packaging.
- Contact us first at kataglow.help@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions and address. Returns sent without contacting us cannot be processed.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
- Kits that have been installed, cut, rewired or damaged by misuse cannot be returned for a refund, except where the law requires otherwise.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your kit arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or in the wrong color, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.
Bundles
If you return part of a bundle (for example 1 kit from a 2-kit order), the refund is calculated on the discounted bundle price you paid.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is free, so no shipping fees are refunded.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships by emailing us. Once shipped, the return policy above applies.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or province, including legal warranties.
